Time passes so fast , it have been busy six weeks of baking of moon cakes , pretty happy with the progress so far , only things is that I am lacking in sleep :) will definitely do some catching up after Wednesday... a bit disappointed that I didn't manage to hv time to bake the mini shanghai moon cakes this year...
Pretty Happy with these Mini moon cakes , below are Pin Pei Lotus and Greentea Pin pei Red Bean and some baked mini moon cakes .....
Still need to bake today to fulfill few orders, then we will clean and packed up all the tools and wait for next year festival again... Thank you for those who have supported us , hope you have enjoyed those moon cakes you purchased from Chong Kok Kopitiam !!!!
