It's riped banana, mashed into paste, cooked, mixed with flour, and fry...
Ok, simple saying, it's some kind of banana kuih.
It doesn't show up consistantly, so if you come across it, you might wanna try :)

Oh~ Thank you for the information. Then is "cekeduk" the Indonesian word for this?
Normally the flour balls with banana are called jemput pisang and those with anchovies cekodok or cucur bilis.
